National Day of Remembrance & Action on Violence Against Women

We would like to invite everyone to a day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. The VSAOC, the OC Indigenous Student Services and community members are hosting an event to honour of the fourteen (14) women slain December 6, 1989 at L’Ecole Polytechnique and the women killed or missing on the Highway of Tears. We will be providing complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cookies in the Lecture Theatre Entrance and the Kal View Cafe. We are hosting the event on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
